Ingredients:
•1 pack of extra lean ground turkey •1 slice of bread (any kind of bread, I used whole wheat) •savoury, cumin, salt, pepper, oregano - 1 teaspoon of each •1 clove of garlic •1 egg Instructions: 1. Mix the extra lean ground turkey and all of the spices and garlic 2. Add the egg and mix well 3. Take the piece of bread and wet it in water, add it to the meat and mix it well with your hands 4. Take small amounts of the meat and roll it in both hands like a ball, squish it flat like a burger and place it on the grill 5. Cook the burgers thoroughly Enjoy the burgers with cheese, tomato and mayo
