Hello and welcome to my food blog! As a busy single mom, I sometimes rush and don't have time to cook up healthy gourmet meals. I decided to make this blog to show parents how easy it is to plan and create amazing dishes that are healthy yet less time consuming than we think. I combine my cultural background and importance of health when I decide what my son will eat. I love food and always have, so creating delicious meals isn't a problem but the time consumption is. The thing I love about food is that you can pretty much mix and match all kinds of ingredients to create not only delicious but healthy meals...and the best part is, it doesn't have to take over your whole life!
