I wanted to start the year off right by making my first 2018 food post simple and healthy! I totally made this meal up but it so turned out to be one of my favourite go to snacks/breakfast meals! I have to say my son also loved it!

Enjoy with a glass of almond milk! You can eat this pre workout or after! Add strawberries or kiwi on top if desired! 🍓🍌🥝
