Another favourite meal of mine is the Chicken Breast Schnitzels. Instead of frying them, I bake them in the oven on 400 degrees. They take a bit longer to make but if you have a system like I do, where you put all your ingredients in front of you, the prep work is about 10 minutes maximum and the cooking is about 30-40 minutes. I don't provide you with specific amount of the flour, bread crumbs and olive oil because you can use as much as you need. You can look at the photos below and get a sense of what I mean.
