STEAK: Add the spices to the steak and pour some water on it in a baking dish. Bake it for about 30 mins or so turning it over once or twice. When it is almost cooked, get a frying pan and fry the last few minutes, turning it over so each side is equally crispy. I added some of the juice it was cooking in and it came out delicious. You can do this with chicken as well. This day I had made both steak and chicken and had a bit of both :) Enjoy this meal with the veggies!

Today I’m going to share this super healthy, super easy veggie dish that both my son and I absolutely love! Recently I’ve started eating more veggies of all kinds in particular cauliflower and cabbage! My family has been on a healthy kick this month and this is probably one of our favourite plates! It will only take about 5-10 mins to prep and about 45 mins to bake in the oven at 410!

This evening I made buckwheat and ate the veggies with the buckwheat, which is full of vitamins and lowers cholesterol! You can eat these veggies with just about anything! This meal turned out absolutely delicious, and my son ate two bowls of it! Not only was this really easy to make but it was also super quick!
