Today I’m going to share this super healthy, super easy veggie dish that both my son and I absolutely love! Recently I’ve started eating more veggies of all kinds in particular cauliflower and cabbage! My family has been on a healthy kick this month and this is probably one of our favourite plates! It will only take about 5-10 mins to prep and about 45 mins to bake in the oven at 410!

This evening I made buckwheat and ate the veggies with the buckwheat, which is full of vitamins and lowers cholesterol! You can eat these veggies with just about anything! Enjoy! 🥕🍽
