I made up this meal with the ingredients I had and my instant pot.
-half red onion chopped - spoon of turmeric - savory (to taste, 1/2 spoon) - salt and pepper to taste - any other spice you want to add (paprika) -avocado oil - 3 cloves garlic chopped - a handful of mushrooms chopped - 3 large carrots chopped - 1 large beet (I had 3 in a bunch but they were huge so I used only one) chopped thin - 1 cup jasmine rice - 1 cup water
